Return & Refund Policy
At Fit with Kettlebells, we sell digital products, including downloadable PDF fitness programs and other digital content. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, different refund rules apply than for physical products.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or made available for access or download.
By purchasing a digital product and choosing to receive immediate access, you request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once delivery or access to the digital content has begun, your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase may end.
Refunds
We do not generally provide refunds simply because you:
- changed your mind after purchasing;
- decided not to use or complete the program;
- purchased the program but no longer wish to follow it;
- expected different results;
- did not download or use the product after it was made available to you.
However, please contact us if:
- the PDF or digital content supplied by us cannot be opened or accessed due to a technical problem;
- you received the wrong product;
- the file is materially defective or the product does not substantially match its description;
- you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase; or
- you are otherwise entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy under applicable consumer protection law.
If there is a technical problem, we may first attempt to resolve the issue or provide you with a replacement copy or working access to the purchased product.
Digital Downloads & Immediate Access
Our digital products are intended to be delivered or made available shortly after purchase.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital product before the end of any statutory cancellation or withdrawal period that may otherwise apply.
Where required and permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that beginning the supply of digital content may result in the loss of your statutory right to cancel or withdraw.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase provide you with additional rights or remedies, those rights will continue to apply.
